I love a good brunch, don’t you? There’s just something about breakfast and lunch blended together that gets me every time.

Brunches provide a wonderful backdrop for casual gatherings. And they are pretty simple to pull together.

From the pastries, quiches, and fruits to the coffees, teas, and mimosas, I’m not one to miss a good brunch.

So when my supper club chose a Friendsgiving brunch theme for this month, I was all about it!

We shared some beautiful table decor, centerpiece, and entertaining ideas the other day that are perfect for a Friendsgiving brunch, Thanksgiving weekend, book club, or other fall gathering.

Oh and if you want to see how I made this no carve pumpkin centerpiece with fresh fall flowers for the dining table, it’s not hard to do and looks so pretty on the table, doesn’t it?

Simple Two-Ingredient Apple Cider Mimosas

I think my friend Jen from Midwest LIfe and Style had me at “two-ingredient” but then she says cider, and wow does this look delicious!

Since I love a good recipe that is quick and easy to make, I had to try this one. And let me tell you it does not disappoint!

It’s festive, it’s beautiful and one to add to the fall repertoire.

It’s a good idea to pull together some easy brunch ideas like a cheese appetizer. My good friends Anne and AnnMarie from Simply 2 Moms made this savory and beautiful cranberry walnut-baked brie that sounds divine!

It sounds pretty quick and simple to whip up too. Isn’t it a beautiful dish?

I bet you can serve this one throughout the holidays too. And I love that it’s keto-friendly too.

If you love more breakfast ideas for brunch, my good friend Rachel from the Ponds Farmhouse made these delicious bacon and egg breakfast muffins.

They look so good and sound so simple to make!

So easy that it could be made anytime throughout the year. So I’m adding it to my rotation here for weekend breakfasts.

The Best Creamy Pumpkin Soup Recipe

I’m in charge of a side dish this month, so I’m bringing my favorite creamy pumpkin soup recipe.

Have you tried pumpkin soup before?

It is so yummy good and it’s perfect for any fall brunch or dinner party, even Thanksgiving itself!

But the best part?

It can made ahead of time and served later. I love a dish that can be prepared early so I can do all of the other things and just heat it up!

My good friend Cindy from County Road 407 made this incredibly delicious fruit salad that is the perfect side dish for our Friendsgiving brunch menu.

As an aside, I love adding fruit as a side dish for brunches because it’s refreshing and pretty on both the table and the plate.

The Best Pumpkin Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

One of the best brunch desserts that I’ve found for fall is from my good friend Michele from Vintage Home Designs made these DELICIOUS pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.
